When I was in college in the late 1960's, there was a Dutch restaurant my Mom and I visited. My favorite food there was beef with potatoes and sauerkraut mixed together. I have tried several times to make the potato mixture since then, but have never been successful. Would you perhaps know where I can find a recipe for that particular mixture? Thank you, Nancy
